Dr. Martin Plowman is a Melbourne-based writer and researcher. In 2008, armed with a dual degree in Arts and Science, he completed a PhD on the cultural history of the worldwide belief in UFOs.
After a further two-and-a-half years of writing and travelling, Martin released his first book, The UFO Diaries, in February 2011. The book is a travelogue and personal memoir on the strange and enduring attraction that UFOs hold for the modern world.
