Chris Guest and Paul Gallagher will present a review of some of the year’s most interesting and eventful topics relevant to skepticism over 2025. It’s been an interesting year with an alien ship (or maybe just an asteroid) about to pass by, the persistence of cookers and anti-vaxxers fighting for the freedom they already have.

Skeptics have continued to think critically, hold conferences, conventions and pub nights, even managing to be Gish Galloped in Sydney’s Occidental Hotel during a very misinformed (and loud) anti-COVID vaccine rant.

Skeptics Café will be held in the Function Room at The Stolberg Hotel, 197 Plenty Road Preston. The 86 tram route is close, and Bell train station – situated on the Epping line – is a short walk away. It will also be a virtual event accessible via Zoom, as per the details above.
Start Time: 6:00pm for dinner and a chat. 7:30pm for beginning of the talk.
